Protecting the privacy of customers and their personal data is one of our company's priorities. We consider this information confidential and keep it confidential. We emphasize security in their processing, the appropriate selection of contractors who have access to the personal data of potential customers and customers, and strict compliance with all rules by which we are bound.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION

The company GF MACHINERY BRNO, s. r. o (ID:26896991) hereby takes the liberty to inform its customers, suppliers and business partners (hereinafter referred to as business partners) that their personal data will be processed by the controller as follows:

  1. In order to fulfil the legal obligations of the controller, the following personal data of business partners will be processed:
    First and last name or name, residential or registered office address, identification number, tax identification number, date of birth, birth number if applicable, scope and subject of performance, if applicable, other mandatory data according to the relevant legislation

    This personal data will be processed in particular for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations of the controller under the relevant legislation (e.g. in the area of bookkeeping). Personal data may be transferred by the controller to third parties, in particular to public authorities, if the controller is obliged to transfer personal data under the law.

    Duration of storage: personal data will be processed for the period necessary to comply with the legal obligations to which the controller is subject.

  2. For the performance of a contract whose contractual terms and conditions are set out in Art. The following personal data of the business partner will be processed:
    First and last name or name, residential or registered office address, delivery address, identification number, tax identification number, date of birth, possibly birth number, e-mail address, telephone number, bank connection, or other data provided by the business partner for this reason.

    These personal data will be processed in particular for the purpose of processing the order of the business partner and for the purpose of exercising the rights and fulfilling the obligations of the controller under the contract. The personal data of business partners may be transferred to contractual partners of the controller, in particular to transport companies for the delivery of goods. For the duration of the rights and obligations under the contract to which the business partner is a party, the controller processes the personal data necessary for the performance of the contract, including related rights, e.g. for the exercise of rights arising from liability for defects. These personal data will also be processed in order to carry out the necessary pre-contractual measures at the request of the business partner. The personal data will be processed for the purpose of negotiating the contract.

    Date of storage:

    • for the duration of the contract
    • to the extent necessary after the end of the contract for the duration of the limitation period of any claim by the Company and/or the Data Subject
  3. Because of the legitimate interests of the controller, the following personal data of the business partner will be processed:
    First and last name or name, residential or registered office address, e-mail address, telephone number, identification number, tax identification number, date of birth, birth number if applicable, scope and subject of performance, or other data provided by the business partner for this reason.

    These personal data will be processed in particular for the purpose of the controller's recovery of any claims from the business partner with whom the contract has been concluded.

    Duration of storage: the personal data of the business partner will be processed for these purposes for as long as necessary to pursue the legitimate interests of the controller.

  4. For the legitimate interests of the controller, the following personal data of the business partner will be processed:
    First and last name or name, residential or registered office address, e-mail address, telephone number, identification number, tax identification number, date of birth, birth number if applicable, scope and subject of performance, or other data provided by the business partner for this reason.

    This personal data will be processed in particular for the purpose of sending commercial communications to existing customers or potential customers, such as Christmas cards, quotations, invitations to events, etc.

    Duration of storage: for the duration of the contractual relationship or until the Subject withdraws consent

    The Controller informs the Business Partner that if the Partner is a legal entity, the Controller will process the personal data of the natural person acting in specific cases on behalf of that legal entity, for the reasons set out above and within the scope of the name and surname, job title, e-mail address and telephone number, if applicable. The Controller wishes to inform the Business Partner that its aforementioned personal data may also be processed on behalf of the Controller by the Controller, or by a processor, as an entity different from the Controller (e.g. in connection with the provision of technical support, consultancy, security of the Controller's assets, accounting, etc.). Upon request, the controller shall disclose to the business partner the identity of the processors or external controllers to whom the personal data have been transferred.

    The processing of the personal data obtained by all business partners of the controller is carried out in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR), as in force from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation").

    The business partner is entitled to request from the controller access to his personal data, that is, he has the right to request the issuance of a confirmation that his personal data is being processed and the right to request the communication of information about the processing process, in addition, the business partner has the right to the portability of personal data. The business partner may request rectification if the personal data is inaccurate or completion if the personal data is incomplete. The business partner may object to, request erasure of, and restrict the processing of personal data only on the grounds provided for by law or regulation.

    In order to exercise their rights, business partners may contact the controller-company in writing at the address of its registered office or by e-mail at tech@gfm.cz

    The business partner has thus been informed of its rights and their protection under Articles 13 and 15 - 22 and 34 of the Regulation.
